Most Letting Agents you talk to, will tell you they are different, and not like the others down the road. They’ll tell you that their customer service is better than anyone else, or that they offer better tenant management, or some other unmeasurable metric.
We at Hastings Property say we’re different, because, well, we’re different. And we’re more than happy to tell you how we’re different!
Firstly, as a small company, we can keep the personal feel. You’ll know who you’re dealing with, and they will know you and your properties.
We come from a property management background, working for many national and multi-national clients. These are the type of people who ring us up and say “we need a repair to the door” or “a tap is leaking” and expect it to be fixed. We have staff who are trained in multi skilled trades, locksmiths and pest controllers ready to respond to the tenant’s repair request.
Having had this past, we’re more than used to being asked to do stuff that isn’t within the average Letting Agents remit. This may be for items such as mail forwarding, evictions, allowing tenants to get their items after eviction, and preparing the property for re-letting.
We’re a local, independent, family owned and run business. Not only that, but we know you’re more than just a number, or a monthly sales target, and we hope to make you feel that way too.
And finally, unless it’s a Christening, Wedding or Funeral, you won’t find us wearing suits.
